The crew worked hard. Carlos had all the necessary equipment, including tools for reaching high branches and grinding wood clippings. By the end of the project, the lawn was cleared and spotless. I finally made a few calls and Carlos was the first to ask if he can see the tree that same day. He immediately assessed the huge Jacaranda tree, gave me a very competitive quote and even looked at the trees in the garden. I did get a few more quotes and felt the price was very reasonable (actually was the lowest)! He came out on the scheduled day, on time, with his assistance and they were absolutely the best! Cleaned up after trimming the tree, leaving nothing behind. Carlos is a certified arborist and he will make sure he trims your tree correctly and looking great!

Recently, we started noticing possible issues with our yard fence or retaining wall. A couple of people suggested removing the tree altogether, but we love it and really didn’t want to get rid of it. We had a consultation with Carlos. He was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and was sympathetic to our situation. He provided two estimates—one for trimming and another for removing the cypress. After much thought, we decided to keep the tree and have it trimmed. Three Packer Tree Service Racine techs came by and carefully worked on our beloved cypress. Four hours later, they had cleaned everything up, and our tree looked amazing! Without myself climbing the trees to inspect the work - which is not going to happen - I can't comment on the quality of the actual tree-work.
